Birmingham, Alabama — July 30, 2009
Computer Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTS), a leader in providing world-class technology services, announces a new partnership with Autotask. This joint venture will provide a powerful, hosted service desk and ticket management system that IT staff can use to manage internal IT service issues. The system gives an internal IT team a fully integrated platform for accepting, triaging, assigning, and resolving service issues. It also gives employees a simple, web-interface for submitting those issues and tracking their progress.
The partnership with the AutoTask ticketing system provides the unique ability to seamlessly integrate with CTS as an external service provider. This co-managed service desk functionality can augment staff that may lack particular expertise, are on vacation, or are generally tied up with other tasks and need someone to help from time to time.
“This solution gives us the opportunity to work with a company that may have its own IT staff, making them more productive in their daily tasks and allowing them to efficiently reach out to an external vendor when they have the need to do so,” says Larry Lilley, President and CEO of CTS.
CTS is an IT professional services firm headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama with offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Mobile, Alabama. www.askcts.com
