HelpMaster Pro V6 for SQL Server has continued on it’s early success, winning the tender for the South Australian Government, Department of Administration and Information Services Helpdesk.

Costing only about one third of the price of other fully featured Helpdesk solutions, HelpMaster Pro has now been implemented in over 400 sites around the world. The Chief Developer of PRD Software, Mr Rodney Weir, stated “We have continued listening to our clients and the helpdesk industry about what they need in a helpdesk software solution. By including those requests into our software as quickly as possible, we have developed an excellent product suite that meets the needs of the real users.”

Winning this tender with the South Australian Govermnent is just the latest success for PRD Software. A previous winner of the Small Business Award, the company has achieved a number of sales to large corporations while continuing to provide solutions for small and medium enterprises.
