Transcript: [Michel van der Linden , Municipality of Gribskov] In Gribskov Munica, about 41000 citizens and about 3500 employees to serve the citizens. The Muncipality of Gribskov has chosen in some parts of the infrastructure to choose open source products and that is because the value we get out of the open source products is good enough so that we have to deliver to the right price or the right way we use those products. … The Municipality of Gribskov has built up an infrastructure where we can take part of open source and other products in and out towards their service delivery, but it takes a lot of effort to take care that there is a red line through the systems, so that we not will end in a situation that some parts can destroy the total delivery. Thats why we use products to monitor our service delivery, both on a more technical way, but also on the service level with the controlling systems to see how we deliver services. One of the good examples we have with the using Tivoli product, its Tivoli Identity Manager.
