Franklin Armstrong, Network Technician Douglas County, located in Northwestern Nevada, needed a better help desk solution that would meet their needs. HelpSTAR not only met the needs of the IT Department, but also met the needs of other departments in the county such as: Human Resources, Facilities and Communications.
